Hometowne Suites is whatever your making it, whether it be a short stay or a longer stay, with this place you can always find the employees if you need help-One lady named Misty who very patient and professional she will just a great human being and has a great heart there is nothing she won't help you with... Hometowne isn't the 4-seasons but it's a place where you visit without drama-Walter H.

No heat in the first room and it seemed like a crack town. The stay was a very disappointing experience. It was just a very bad experience all the way around. Then ofcourse they dont tell you the office is closed on sunday so you don't get your deposit back when you check out its mailed to you.

The room was not cleaned in Saturday not sure why that was. Accessiblity to hotel staff was limited to 11 to 7 No shower curtain on shower inhad to request it When i turned the heat on it set off smkoe alarm

worst motel experience in decades

Pros: low rates
Cons: Access to staff during posted hours, and assistance after hours; towels; radio/alarm; utensils for kitchen
Location: Walmart, restaurants, fairly easy access to I-264
My concerns started when I learned I could not check in until after 1500, and the front desk was staffed only 1100-1900. I had stopped around noon. The clerk explained I was "checked in" after she copied my ID, but I would need to use an phone outside the office to call #304 for security to get in. I checked the phone an no listing of numbers was visible. I asked the clerk to put the number inside the phone box so I would be sure to have it correct. When I returned from my meeting at 2100 there was no number inside. I called #304, and got a "mailbox full" recording. There was a longer number on a sign in the office window. I called that number and got the same "mailbox full" message. As I was wondering what to do, the door opened and a person came out. I was able to ask the clerk for the key. She closed the door, and in about 2 minutes returned with the keys. In the room there was toilet paper, a TV (which I never turned on), a 2 burner electric hotplate, and a full sized refrigerator. But no radio, alarm clock, towels, kitchen utensils. The drawers contained a Gideon Bible (I am a Gideon and glad to see it) and phone book, but nothing else. I again tried to call to get a towels but either got a "call did not go through" or "mailbox full, try again later" message. There was some debris on the floor. The bed was clean and the sheets satisfactory. But the unavailable desk support and poor support will make me desperate indeed before I try to return.

Rate Home Towne Studios - Louisville

Cons: Communication from Travelocity to make it clear what 'guaranteed late arrival' means and guests could have a long wait to check in.
Travelocity made the reservation as 'guaranteed late arrival'. However, the hotel office closes at 6 pm! We rang the bell but nobody arrived. We called the hotel main number but all we got was an answering machine. Eventually somebody appeared and did check us in, but then turned out the lights and left. When we got to our room, it had not been serviced fully. The bed was unmade and there were no sheets, just a bedspread.

Never stay again

As soon as walked in the room it smelled Like a cigarette, bathroom shower was gross had hair and blue toothpaste in it , called desk to have it cleaned all they did was put shower curtain behind towel bar didn't even try to clean

Felt like home

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet, very helpful staff and managment
When pulling in the drive i new i had made the right choice. The sevice and hospitality was second to none. The staff were all very friendly, always smiling. Everything was beautiful, from the grounds outside, to the rooms inside. I personally will stay at this location every time i visit Nashville.

Spartan Living

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet, good price
Cons: no breakfast
The accommodations were very spartan, meaning they just had the bare minimum of what would be needed to stay somewhere. It would be good if there is nowhere else you can stay. It was just a little too old and worn down, though, and the bed was really uncomfortable. It was badly in need of renovation. As a good point, the internet was great.
