Gut aber einsam

Alles nur sehr oberflächlich sauber, Ecken voller Spinnweben. Die Treppe zum oberen Stockwerk hatte kein Geländer. Für ältere Leute gefährlich. Der Weg vom Parkplatz zur Wohnung führte über einen Rasen. Bei Regen sehr rutschig und matschig. Hier wären ein paar Gehwegplatten angebracht. Ansonsten, für Leute mit Hunde oder die Ruhe suchen ist es ideal. Zum Einkaufen, oder zum Besuchen eines Restaurants braucht man ein Auto.

Ein tolles kleines Ferienhaus. Wenn man Ruhe sucht, wird man da fündig. Wir mussten unseren Kurzurlaub wegen privater Gründe schon wieder am zweiten Tag verlassen, haben uns aber fest vorgenommen wieder zu kommen.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, Platz war ausreichend für uns . Küche war alles vorhanden was bei zwei Personen ja nicht so viel sein muss. Backofen und mikrowelle könnten mal erneut werden. Badezimmer und Sauna war angenehm groß. Telefonieren war ein Problem da kein Empfang..WLAN vorhanden Bis auf die Spinnenweben waren wir zufrieden und würden auch gerne wieder kommen. Auch unser Hund fühlte sich sehr wohl.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage, für Urlauber, denen es nicht ausmacht, ein paar Kilometer zum Bäcker oder zum Einkaufmarkt zu fahren. Das WLAN könnte stärker sein.

Prima huis voor een kort verblijf

Het huis is netjes en goed ingericht met de nodige keukenspullen. Voldoende borden, glazen etc. Voldoende linnengoed voor een week. In de sauna was het prettig te verblijven. Helaas was door de overmatige begroeiing in de tuin weinig licht in het huis. Geeft een ingesloten gevoel. De besloten tuin zorgt voor voldoende privacy.

Für Ruhesuchende

Gut eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, vor allem für Reisende, die Ruhe und Entspannung suchen. Dazu trägt vor allem die Sauna bei. Schön auch der Freisitz vor dem Bad, zusätzlich zur kleinen Sitzecke auf der unteren Terrasse und zur großen Wiese neben der Wohnung. Zum sehr gut sortierten Supermarkt muss man ein paar Kilometer fahren, dafür geht der Wanderweg in die Heimbachaue vor der Türe los. Viele Gelegenheiten zum Wandern im Umkreis von ca. 15 km = max. 30 Autominuten.

Hell, warm und eigene Sauna!

Im Winter sehr hell und freundlich durch große Fenster, großes Bad mit kleiner feiner Sauna (5€ pro 3 Gänge) mit extra quasi uneinsehbarer Terrasse auf der oberen Ebene. Wir wurden mit einer guten Flasche Wein begrüßt und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Minuspunkt waren leider die zusammen geschobenen Betten und die Matratzen... WLan Signalstärke war gut, das Internet extrem lahm. Die vielen Möglichkeiten der Umgebung konnten wir gar nicht alle ausschöpfen!

Angenehme, schöne, ruhige Ferienwohnung

Alles Bestens. Leider kein Handynetz. Die Wohnung hat eine individuelle Raumgestaltung und ist nicht überladen. Sie kann zum Teil etwas schattig und kühl sein, da sie sich im Souterrain befindet. Wir waren sowohl im Sommer, als auch im Winter einmal dort. Für ruheliebende Individualisten sehr zu empfehlen.

Für längere Aufenthalte eher nicht geeignet

Wir haben das Apartment für vier Wochen gebucht. Schön ist das mit der Sauna im Haus. Ausstattung ist so Mittel. Es gibt leider nur einen alten minibackofen. Ansonsten ist alles da zum Kochen. Waschmöglichkeiten sind nicht vorhanden. Bei 4 Wochen bisschen... naja.. Wir waren dort mit einer Katze und einem Hund. Das kostete für vier Wochen 280 Euro extra. Also mir ist schon bewusst das aufgrund der Haare ein Mehraufwand besteht aber das ist echt heftig . WLAN ist sehr langsam.

Super séjour

Très joli appartement avec mezzanine, salle de bains géante et sauna. Equipement très complet et fonctionnel. Très belle région. Débit internet faible (0,3 Mb/s) mais apparemment c'est le cas partout dans cette région. Accueil sympa (en Anglais). Endroit très calme. A recommander. M&V

Prachtig uitzicht in heel apart vakantiehuis

We hebben genoten van de mooie setting, het geweldige uitzicht en de woning zelf. Wel was het voor ons, senioren van 78, een hele toer om het steile laddertje naar het 3,5 meter hogere slaapbalcon op te klimmen en zonder Hals und Beinbruch af te dalen. Vriendelijke gastvrouw/heer. Aan te bevelen
