Wow, what can I say and where do I start? The property was amazing. The parking was amazing. Everything was amazing. If I need to go back to that area for anything, I would definitely stay there again. The property had everything I needed and more. It was very comfortable and spacious and it was like home. The owner of the property is very sweet and generous. She was very easy to communicate with and pleasant.

The place is very clean and well maintained. The neighborhood is quite and safe. Plenty of dinning and shopping options in a walkable distance. This was the third time we have stayed in Rita's place. The condo is very clean, in a convenient location, quiet, and spacious. We love it! Rita is always easy to contact, and she is very kind and happy to answer any questions; although we had few questions because precise information was readily available on the site and inside the unit. Great apartment in a very good location

We really enjoyed the condo. The kitchen was very well equipped. Pretty much everything you need to cook meals. It was very, very clean. One of the cleanest rentals I've ever stayed in. It was also in a very good location, close to a lot of restaurants and bars on main Street and Central to most parts of La. It was also extremely quiet. We would not hesitate to stay here again

Great Place to stay

The apartment was as described and filled with everything one could need. It is secure with entry control and it has gated parking! It's quiet too. I will stay here for my next trip to LA in April if it is available... Rita was an excellent communicator and very flexible with my emergency request for an additional nights stay.

Excellent base for LA area exploration

Well provisioned, comfortable and in a great location for LA sightseeing. Easy walk to restaurants and the Alhambra Farmers market. Host is very responsive but not much is needed because the condo has everything.

Great location with a lovely host!

Rita was very prompt in communication! The location is great and not too far from the Pasadena Convention center for Lightbox Expo during our stay. The condo is very clean and presentable, and the check-in process was smooth! The only downside is that the guest parking is tight, but other than that, I recommend this property for anyone to stay in!

We’ve stayed at this property 4 times. It’s a great condo and really safe, fun neighborhood convenient to many other parts of LA. The owner Rita is incredibly responsive. The condo is well equipped and comfortable with indoor parking and a quick elevator. We’re already booked for our next stay.
