This lovely apartment is about 550 Sqft at the 1st floor, newly remodeled, new furnitures in the very nice and quiet residential area. Close to Old Town, Cal Tech, Huntington Hospital, many restaurants, shops location.

This kitchen is fully equipped, utensils, oil, spices, pans & pots. Work desk, iron board, iron. Nice amenity for business travel.

2 miles to Old Town Pasadena, 1 mile to Huntington Memorial Hospital, 2 miles to Cal Tech, 3 miles to Rose Bowl, 0.5 mile to Art Center South ampus, easy access to shops, restaurants, and 1-2 mins to Trader Joe's, Whole Food, Bristol Farm Supermarket, very convenience.

Assigned one parking space in the back of building & lots of free street parking. Kitchen is fully equipped, with utensils, plates, cooking pans and pots, oil, salt and refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster, cream, sugar...Coin laundry in the back of the building.
