Location was perfect for access to the LA convention center which is what we needed. However, there are some big deficiencies that have been reported to the Manager. This home is not equipped at the moment to cater to a group larger than 4 people as there's insufficient flatware and cutlery, no saucepans, limited glassware, bathroom needs more attention when cleaning. We were told dishtowels aren't supplied, The home accommodates up to 14 people, yet the coffee maker was tiny and only served 3 people. There was no kettle and as there were no saucepans, we ended up boiling water in a frying pan. There's definitely attention to detail needed and a proper stock taking required to accommodate larger groups. It was great for our 5 people to have individual bedrooms but sub-standard in other ways.
