The room & facilities are ok; but the hotel is not designed for PWD: was hardly complicated to get to the lobby -they don’t even have a wheelchair for costumers. And the receptionist didn’t know the concept of priority (laughing at me & my aunt when we asked her due her disability. So sad..!

The room was clean but the TV did not initially work but the maintenance was able to fix it. While he was in the room the air conditioner began seizing which made a horrible constant squeal. He came back later to make a repair. It was better but throughout the night it would chirp/squeal all night.
