The motel is not the Ritz, but it was clean and functional. The night desk person (a Latina) was very pleasant and helpful. The motel is undergoing a remodel. I was in a room which had not yet been refurbished, and it showed. I have stayed there before, and will do so again. Good value for price.

I drove to the property and asked if I could please cancel my stay, because I no longer needed the room. The man said “no, you can’t cancel.” I asked why, because I didn’t need the room anymore, then someone else could use the room. He goes to the computer & comes back & says “No, you can’t cancel” & he refused to refund me any of my money.

For the price, this was a hidden gem, nestled in an area that the owners have made into a little garden oasis of beauty.

This was my second stay at this motel. The room I stayed in was freshly painted, and had new carpet. There is otherwise nothing special about this place. The breakfast buffet was rudimentary at best. The outside walkways were cracked. There were trash cans set in the hallways to catch condensation from the air conditioners. It's not The Ritz, but it was clean and reasonably priced. I'd stay there again.

Very clean hotel with a nice continental breakfast in the morning. They gave us a gym pass to use for the gym down the street which was an added bonus. Would stay here again.

My room was clean, and had recently been painted, with new carpet and wall paper. The sink dripped, and there was a light out, which I didn’t complain about, so they were not repaired. I had one interaction with the manager, which was pleasant. Breakfast rudimentary. The motel was difficult to find, because it sits a right angle to the road work the “La Tienda” liquor store in front. The best part of the stay was the excellent soft water, a luxury in Southern California. Not the Ritz, but for the price I’d stay there again.
