The staff here is very friendly. They went out of their way to see that everything was in order. The check in process was efficient but they made you feel like you were the most important person they had.

Parking fee was ridiculous, the rooms AC was not working and we didn't find out until we had unpacked and settled into the room

Dear Anonymous, thank you for the feedback. I'm sorry you didn't enjoy your stay. Unfortunately, most hotels in our area charge for parking and am sorry that wasn't relayed ahead of time. Please know, we're very competitive for our area and much lower than other areas of LA. I'm also sorry about the A/C not working when you first entered the room. I understand that could be frustrating after having just unpacked. Hopefully we were able to at least fix it timely. Best regards for the rest of 2019!

Mixed reviews

Pros: Close to where I needed to be.
Cons: Size of rooms; No microwave; Motel 6 type frig.
Location: We went to a diner across the street from hotel. Not much to look at but the food was good. Had large servings at good price. Dinah's is the name.
We made the mistake of checking in when there was a Christmas party that night. There was noise coming from the room next most of the night. Needless to say we did not sleep well. Parking was outside and there is long walk from the lot to the elevators. Reminds me of Vegas.

AC and too pricey

Pros: Water
Called to have AC fixed. The engineer asked what was the problem and rolled his eyes at my answer. The room never got below 72. Charged $20 x2 for parking even though a one night stay. Travelocity showed the price with parking and taxes my bill was ninety dollars more.Pretty ridiculous since you technically only stay 21 hours.

Unexpected charges

When I first checked into the hotel I was given a parking pass and told to just park. I was not told it would cost money as I've never been to a hotel that charges extra for parking. So in the morning I wake up to $20 taken out of my account. Also when I first gave the $50 deposit I was told I would get the money back as soon as I checked out. I talked to them the next day and then they said 2-3 days. I called again the next day and they then told me 3-4 days. I'm not happy with my hotel stay and I will never be going to this hotel again.

This hotel was very comfortably

Pros: Quiet
Cons: No free Internet
I loved this hotel the staff was very warm and welcoming they was just a little stingy with the cookies! One thing I didn't like was that house keeping was very annoying they knocked on the room door every 5 minutes even when you tell them to come back a hour later there coming back 15 minutes even when the door is locked they sliding the key inside the door! But it was very comfy I loved it
