The staff at check in was very nice. The room not so nice. The mini blinds were broken, hair dryer did not work. No coffee maker. The staff had to come and get the TV to work.

Was able to check in earlier than my check in time, the hotel room was clean enough. The stairs looked not safe climbing up to the foom. The room had a cigarette smell. The bathroom door was in the way of the shower as well as the door being chipped away. The room had light dust

Room walls and bathroom walls needed a huge wipe down. You could see dirt and other matter on bath room doors and shower walls. It was very convenient location to jump on our carnival cruise. Just could be a little more cleaner
