Clean, large room and even though it is right next to the freeway, it was very quiet. We did not try the free breakfast, but we liked the dining area to eat our take out dinner. Very well located for all our activities.

Once checked in the hotel room left for a few hours came came back to find, other people's belonging in the hotel room, staff said do remember it was booked out prior,I was out of luck, even though I had a confirmation number and the room was booked days.Prior to. Terrible overall service with best western and also expedio.Not happy was a result of it.

Staff and amenities I’m a regular traveler- I stay in hotels twice a month. This hotel is not well maintained and to top it off, the staff is quite unkind. “Mayer” is very rude and I feel like he really needs to take a nap. This hotel has regular activity of people bringing street walkers to room. Which is odd, because it’s in a good area. Cold, dark, and dirty rooms. Motel feel.

Terrible terrible staff in the hotel. Its supposed to be hospitality industry. I hope no one experiences the things we did— broken AC, broken wall outlets, non working iron, borlen hairdryers and shower water has no regulation. This Best Western location is a joke!
