Our accommodations are located on the 3rd and last floor with elevator of a secure building (badge).
It will delight you with its many geographical assets. Indeed, you will be an 8-minute walk from the city center and a 10-minute drive from the beaches of Larmor-Plage (also accessible by bus)
The accommodations are bright, quiet (on the courtyard) and not overlooked
The district (Merville) will offer you all the necessary comfort: restaurant, bar, bakery, supermarket, bus line... in the immediate vicinity.
Bicycle storage is available in the residence.

I would also like to point out that a cleaning company intervenes after each traveller's departure to ensure a professional cleaning and disinfection of the accommodation.

The accommodation has everything you need: table, chairs, bench seat, television as well as a beautiful and very well equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster) and a cozy sleeping area with comfortable bedding and plenty of storage for your clothes.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
Wifi is free in the accommodation.
A numbered parking space is dedicated to the studio in the parking lot of the residence.
