Our home is ideally located near an adult lap pool (yet far enough for peace and quiet). A 5-minute walk will take you to La Sirena coffee shop (serving fabulous coffee and breakfast), a convenience store, a liquor store, and just 10 minutes to the golf course and several great restaurants!
This charming 2-bedroom, 2-bath Bohemia-style home is in the ocean side of Founders Neighborhood of Loreto Bay. Recently renovated, the home features a beautiful flagstone entrance and courtyard, with a Broil King BBQ, an outdoor shower and fountain in the lovely landscaped garden. There is a small, cozy third bedroom we affectionately call Snore-Away.
The bright and roomy, fully stocked kitchen has all new appliances including a wine fridge and a pass window that opens to the outdoor BBQ area.
Natural light fills every room, and the open doors allow for a seamless transition between the indoor living spaces and the outdoor courtyard. Three separate outdoor lounging areas, one on each level including the spacious third floor tower with ocean, mountain and pool views.
Out the back door, you will find one of the most charming public courtyards in Loreto Bay, complete with two cruising bikes for exploring the area!

Loved the location of this house. It was perfect for our group of 4 adults. Each couple got a private bedroom, bathroom & shower. The small 3rd bedroom was not necessary but would be good for younger kids/teens. Our property manager was very responsive and texted me back quickly any time we had an issue or question. Water jugs were brought in with no charge(very nice to have). The location is wonderful and the pool & beach access was fantastic! We used the bikes everyday (they needed a bit of TLC) management brought us over 2 more that worked better but overall we had a wonderful time & would stay again at this property. One thing that would be nice would be to have 4 more comfortable beach chairs ( they brought us 2 more for our party but the 2 at the house were not comfortable. Beds were very nice and the air conditioning worked excellent in all rooms of the house. A cutting board in the kitchen would be a helpful addition. Otherwise a nicely stocked kitchen. It was slow season when we arrived so not all the stores/shops were open ( thankful for the Oxxo) but we loved the little town and our favorite eating spot was the wine bar, excellent food! We used Wild Loreto for all of our activities and they were excellent! Loved our stay and can’t wait to return.
