Large, lovely home with open living/kitchen/dining space and 2 King bedrooms.

Beautiful home with a very large kitchen that is open to the living and dining area. All new cabinets and appliances in kitchen. Freshly painted. Several desks for work space. Two large king size bedrooms. One king bed with Casper mattress and one with Sleep number on the main floor. A 3rd bedroom with a queen bed and 2 twin beds is in the basement. Beautiful front and back yard and screened in back porch with seating and eating space. House is just 30 minutes from Boulder, 24 minutes to Lyons and 54 minutes to Estes Park. Board a brewery/winery trolley tour less than 10 minutes away and see as many of the 28 breweries and wineries in the area. There are several hiking and biking trails nearby.

This house comes furnished and is available for a 30 day rental. One dog is allowed with an additional pet fee of $150 for the month. You must scoop poop before leaving. This is a 4 bedroom home with 2 King rooms open and a bedroom with a queen bed and 2 twin beds in the basement available. The other bedroom will be locked. The tenants must follow the HOA rules including putting out trash and recycling bins and putting them back in the garage as soon as possible after refuge is picked up. Two spots available in the driveway. No boats, rvs, or trailers, or equipment of any kind allowed.
