Usama was very responsive, hospitable and helpful. The 2 bedroom apartment was suitable for our family of 5, and having two full washrooms was great. It's very close to the train station and there are other useful amenities (pharmacy, groceries, coffee, restaurants) nearby. We were able to walk to major attractions from the apartment which was also a plus!
