Overall, the flat was fine as a base for exploring London. Bus and train stops are within a 10–15-minute walk. The room was clean and check-in went smoothly. Unfortunately, the photos online didn’t match what we actually found. An extra bed had been put in the room, which made it very cramped. The table shown in the photo had been replaced with a small side table. It wasn’t very comfortable for two people to have a meal at.We would also have liked a small bedside lamp to have some light by the bed. Despite what was stated online, the room wasn’t cleaned.On arrival, we noticed that one of the windows didn’t close properly. Unfortunately, this wasn’t repaired before we left, even though the room was on the ground floor facing the street.Bed linen, towels, washing-up liquid, shampoo and a hairdryer were provided. The room was perfectly fine for a few days. It’s not really suitable for a long stay.
