St John’s Wood offers a village-like atmosphere, with its fashionable high street, quaint cafés, and the world-famous Abbey Road Studios — a must-see for music lovers.
Head south and you’re in Marylebone. Spend a leisurely afternoon wandering Marylebone High Street, discovering local delicacies at Daunt Books or enjoying exquisite dining experiences.
And just beyond Regent’s Park to the north, Primrose Hill awaits — offering stunning panoramic views over London’s skyline. The area is filled with charming pubs, independent shops, and a relaxed yet refined vibe that makes it a favourite among locals and visitors alike.

Getting Around:
Local buses are all around. The closest Tube station is St Johns wood underground on the Jubilee Line.

Other Things to Note:
The home is for sale so there may be a request for a guest viewing. However this will always be given in advance and at a time that is convenient.

There is ongoing repair work to the lift in the main building and guests will need to use the stairs and the goods lift during the day. The repairs should be completed in November pending the arrival of parts, so please check before booking if there are accessibility issues.
