Family Room was just big enough for the four of us - double, single and a cot. Youngest (10) got the cot which was not as comfortable as the beds but worked for a short trip (4 nights). Clean, safe area. Close to underground and a bus stop right outside. Easy to get to all the major London attractions. Would highly recommend for those looking for a budget friendly option.

Great location for underground access to city. Limited parking but after 8:30pm and on weekend there are free spaces nearby. NCP car park is 8 minutes on foot but quite pricey. The usual excellent Premier inn breakfast. Air conditioned room was a big plus.

Absolutely horrible stay! We had no water for a whole day. I was in the middle of brushing my teeth when the water shut off. Then we had another day where they scheduled a water outage. Any time we asked for assistance (which we didn't ask for much) they never came. When we checked in the bedding hadn't been changed and was covered in stains, the shower drain was constantly clogged so the water wouldn't go down very much when you showered, and the complimentary waters in the mini fridge were open.

Das Hotel war perfekt für den Städtetrip, Underground ist gleich um die Ecke und auch ist Vieles zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Zimmer waren sauber und dank der Klima/Heizung ist alles regelbar. Wir waren schon in vielen Hotels, wo man Fenster nicht öffnen konnte, verstehe die Kritik der Leute diesbezüglich nicht. Wir haben im Hotel gefrühstückt, das war auch völlig okay.
