Excellent hotel stay. Great value for the price. The location is perfect if you want a daily view of Big Ben and the London Eye. The Hop On Hop Off bus stop is a block away. The rooms were very comfortable and the staff extremely friendly. Loved the bowlers worn by the valet crew!

Room was gorgeous - hotel was really clean, smelt lovely, very spacious. We stayed in a studio with king size bed and double sofa pull out as there was 3 of us. The pull out sofa bed was so surprisingly comfortable! Bathroom was huge and immaculately clean. Divine spa style products in the showers gave it a really luxurious feel.

Staff were great, room was good but has something weird and messy on the ceiling that a previous guest had thrown up there, I reported this on check out, also reception need to tell guests to scan their key card in the lift or the lift won’t work, we were stranded on the top,floor for a bit because we diddnt know this

From Check in to check out my son and I were treated impeccably. Farnoosh was friendly, knowledgeable and took care of us. This was some of the very best hospitality shown to me and my son.
