All was awesome!! The staff accommodated our special requests; for early breakfast, kept our luggage, early check in and loaned us a uk charger as our didn’t work. Special commendation to Hafiza, her coworker on that shift, Murad, Hassan and lady on reception on Tuesday 26th( gave us early breakfast) grateful and thankful.

I liked that this hotel was relatively close to the transit station. The room and hotel was very clean. AC worked very well. It was nice to have breakfast available. It was the same choices everyday but there was enough variety to not get bored. It is a bit of a ways out of all the action but it didn’t take very long to get to any of the major sites.

The morning after I arrived, I was covered in bug bites. I am not saying there were bedbugs, I am just documenting that I had several bug bites on m y arms, back and legs after the first night. I did speak to the person at the reception desk. I asked for the bed linens to be changed and the reason why.

Had a bad experience here, locked out of room after returning late from a concert, had trouble with reception finding reservation even though we had been checked in 9 hours prior. Breakfast was soo busy and the availability of food was poor

Our stay was ok, poor sleep due to noise, and it was hot so had to have window open. But noise can’t be helped as it’s London and the weekend. Breakfast was a let down as they had no breakfast tea and staff showed no interest in helping with that, just told us they don’t sell it. Cooked breakfast wasn’t great, as eggs seem like a powered mix, mushrooms are out of a can and sausages and hash browns were old and tough. The one thing that I will say was positive was our welcome, Samona who was on the reception desk when we arrived was super helpful and friendly. So she made it a better stay. We are here for a birthday weekend, so stay was ok, not sure I’d book here again though. But thanks goes to Samona though.

El aire acondicionado de la habitacion 501 no enfria a pesar de que coloque la tempperatura en 16 grados. Otra observacion es que no dormi en el mejor colchon, es decir no utilizan el de calidad optima. En general la habitacion muy amplia, limpia y con mobiliario comun.... tv, silla, escritorio, mesa para planchar, secador de cabello....
