Excellent check in. Lovely reception area. Clean spacious room. Extra pillows. Beautiful breakfast, good evening meals which were great value for money. Easy check out. Good location - minutes from DLR which makes it easily accessible to London itself. Only one thing I will say is the rooms get HOT in the nights, even with temp turned right down and even off. Would recommend. Stayed as a family of 2 adults and 2 children under 11 for a weekend in London.

Hotel was very crowded, however that was fine until we appeared every day for breakfast and the lady on charge of the service was trying to lock us out just when we can barely finish our meal. My wife and daughter surprides because of how she was treating the different tables pudhing everyone to leave because of the waiting people tu be sit.

Excellent service and helpful staff at check in and were brilliant with our kids, however the rest of our stay was average service, can’t really comment as it was nothing special or above and beyond. Room was a good temperature and bed was very clean and made well. Sofa bed however was very very uncomfortable and not a standard double so our son fell out twice during the night. Bathroom was a little disappointing, mould and dirt around the shower basin and the bathroom smelt unpleasant. Also no bin bags any of the bins. Overall room was satisfactory and stay on arrival were great but the rest of the stay and breakfast was just average and we could have spent the same amount of money somewhere a little more luxurious with more competent staff.

The staff was courteous, friendly and helpful. The housekeeping staff were especially nice and helpful as was the breakfast staff. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Will definitely stay here next time I’m in London.
