Die Matratzen sind hart, ohne ordentlichen Lattenrost. Die Betten und das untere Schlafzimmer sind nicht halb so gut, wie das ansonsten sehr schöne Haus.

Wir haben unsere Zeit im LoiBlack sehr genossen. Ein architektonisch sehr gelungenes und ansprechendes Ferienhaus mit schönem Garten zum draußen verweilen.Die ruhige Lage bietet wunderbare Entspannung und größere Städte wie Greifswald und Wolgast sind nicht weit entfernt. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war sehr nett und freundlich, es hat alles problemlos funktioniert.

Wunderschönes Haus, ruhige Lage, modern möbliert, Betten waren bequem, guter WLAN- Empfang, tolle Terasse, schöner Garten- wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Küchenausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen, allerdings gab es für uns persönlich zu wenig Staurraum für Vorräte- ein Regal wäre toll gewesen.Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Vielen herzlichen Dank!

Sehr schöne FeWo mit allem was man braucht

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war sauber und schön eingerichtet. Für eine Familie sehr gut da Kinderbett, Hochstuhl und eine Waschmaschine vorhanden. Die Spülmaschine war top. Und der Kamin war noch ein Bonus. Danke.

Alles wie beschrieben, schönes Holzhaus. Gut ausgestattet. Super erreichbar und einfache Check-in und out. Für ältere Personen sehr niedrige Betten und ungünstiger Einstieg in die Dusche. Aber tolle Begrüßung und ordentlich und sauber. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schönes modernes Ferienhaus fußläufig zum Strand

Das Ferienhaus ist relativ neu und komplett aus Holz. In 30 min ist man zu Fuß am Strand. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, einziger Mangel war, dass es nur ein Schneidebrett gab. Der Dorfladenbesitzer ist etwas eigenbrödlerisch aber auch sehr hilfsbereit.

Große, gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit Flair

Wir waren zu fünft da. Die beiden Paare haben die Doppelbetten im Erdgeschoss und im Obergeschoss genommen und ein Freund hat sich seine Bettunterlage mitgenommen und im Erdgeschoss neben dem Kamin geschlafen. Aber es wäre auch kein Problem im Obergeschoss gewesen. Da waren ebenfalls noch zusätzlich zwei Schlafgelegenheiten direkt neben dem Doppelbett (hat dann was von Matrazenlager ; ) ) Da die geplante 6. Person bei uns nicht dabei war hat es so sehr gut funktioniert. Warmes Wasser beim Duschen und Baden hat ebenfalls für alle gereicht. Trotz ausgiebigem Bad von dreien hintereinander. Schwedenofen hat auch gut funktioniert. Gekocht haben wir nicht viel, aber das was wir gemacht haben hat funktioniert. Das finden des mini Schlüsselkastens ist etwas schwierig, wenn es bereits dunkel ist und da wird es auch schwer die passenden Zahlen einzugeben. Aber hat ebenfalls funktioniert.

Sehr einladende, gemütliches und stilvolles Holzhäuschen

Schon von außen hat uns das Ferienhaus sehr angesprochen. Ein schöner Außenbereich lädt zum verweilen ein. Im Garten kann man sich ein paar Äpfel pflücken und gemütlich auf der Terrasse sitzen. Beim Eintreten empfängt einen ein tolles wohlig warmes Gefühl. Ein Kamin und die Sitzecke am großen Fenster lassen Entspannung einkehren. Die Kombination mit dem Holz im Haus strahlt Wärme aus und man fühlt sich wie zu Hause. Das Bad ist ebenfalls sehr modern und sehr schick und komfortabel. Ein sehr sehr schönes Haus, wir haben selten so eine schöne, moderne und saubere Ferienwohnung erlebt. Mit den Kindern konnten wir dort schöne Spaziergänge im Wald machen und am Strand die schlafenden Bäume erkunden. Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch im Loi Black. Familie T.

Schöne Ferien mit Familie

Wir haben uns im "Loi Black" sehr wohl gefühlt. Im großen Schlafzimmer unter dem Dach hatten unsere vier Kinder locker Platz und haben sehr gut geschlafen. Das große Bett oben kann ausgezogen werden, so dass hier bis zu vier Personen schlafen können. Im Obergeschoss befindet sich ebenfalls ein gutes Babybett. Das zweite Schlafzimmer unten mit Doppelbett ist sehr klein, aber ebenfalls absolut ausreichend und gemütlich. Das Design des Hauses hat uns alle begeistert, vor allem das Sonnendeck und die Couch am Panoramafenster ! Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine sind vorhanden (sowie genügend Spülmaschinentabs,Handtuch, Lappen & Spülmittel), Fernseher, Kamin, Wäscheleine, Liegestühle, Hängematte... Achtung, die Treppe ins Obergeschoss ist steil ! Der Elektroherd ist etwas eigenwillig. Im herrlichen Garten rundherum wachsen Obstbäume und -sträucher, die Lage ist sehr ruhig in einem kleinen Ort (nur einen winzigen Tante-Emma-Laden gibt es). Zaun und Bepflanzung schaffen eine gemütliche, abgeschirmte Privatsphäre. Das kleine Schloss am Gartentor ist sehr beruhigend, wenn man Kinder hat :-) Zum Naturstrand und Zeltplatz mit etwas größerem Laden läuft man etwa eine halbe Stunde. Die "schlafenden Bäume" sind auch sehenswert. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge (mit dem Auto oder Fahrrad, eine Bahnanbindung gibt es nicht), z.B. nach Greifswald, Usedom oder Rügen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden wiederkommen.

Soweit alles gut.

Das Objekt ist ruhig gelegen, für mich persönlich zu ruhig. Was etwas störte war das immer wieder langanhaltende Hundegebell (5std. am Stück bis 2 Uhr Nachts war Rekord) in der Nachbarschaft, das hat einem das Abends auf der Terrasse sitzen doch etwas vermiest. Abends mal zum Essen ausgehen ist in näherer Umgebung leider nicht gegeben, zumindest nicht fußläufig. Die Kommunikation zwischen Haushälterin und Eigentümer war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Im Gesamteindruck kann ich das Objekt dennoch für Urlauber die es etwas ruhiger mögen weiterempfehlen. Den Strand hatte ich größtenteils für mich ganz alleine (im Mai).
