The ground-floor apartment is on a paved lane which leads directly to the beach. Guests can access the property via a charming front terrace which is furnished with a table and chairs, ideal for morning coffee or a glass of wine. Double glass doors lead into the open-plan studio.

The studio is furnished with a sofa, flat-screen TV, dining table and chairs. The kitchenette is separated from the room by a breakfast bar and is equipped with a cooker hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine and a fridge/freezer.

The double bed in the living area is partitioned off by a set of low shelves. There is a curtained-off storage area

Location
Guests will be able to get the most from Loiri Porto San Paolo which is known for its fine white sandy beaches and turquoise sea. There are many activities available on Porto San Paolo Beach including kayaking, snorkelling and canoeing.

The island of Tavolara is well worth a day trip for hiking, swimming and lunch at the famous Da Tonino restaurant, run by the island’s current king. There is a regular boat service to the island from Porto San Paolo (2 minutes walk). Alternatively, visitors can hire a boat or kayak to explore the smaller islands such as Isola Cavalli and Isola Piana.

For visitors who are interested in the local cuisine, Olbia hosts farmers’ markets 3 days a week, the best being the Saturday market in Via Sangallo (25 minutes). Here you will find a wide range of fresh produce and island specialities.

Olbia Airport is just a 20-minute drive.
