The beautiful shared indoor pool is naturally lit thanks to the windows that help maintain constant contact with the surrounding nature. Inside, the hillside rental is equipped with air-conditioning and central heating to provide comfy year-round lake breaks in Locarno. There is a bright and spacious living room with a well-equipped kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom with a bathtub and a smaller but equally practical bathroom with a shower. The holiday apartment has a bus stop located just below the property and is connected by an external staircase which can be reached in one minute.

Within a 10-minute’ drive guests can access almost everything that Locarno has to offer including Piazza Grande with its vibrant shops, restaurants and gelaterias, the beautiful Fontana Pedrazzini, Locarno Falconeria, and even the funicular to the iconic Madonna del Sasso. For our active guests, the Lido di Locarno and a golf course are also located within a 10-minute’ drive. Meanwhile, for those who want to enjoy picnics and relax on summer afternoons by the lake, Giardini Jean Arp is also about the same distance. Guests can also explore the lovely town of Ascona easily from this accommodation in Locarno.

The nearest airport is Lugano Airport (a 48-minute drive) and the closest international airport is Milan Malpensa, about a 1-hour and 45-minute drive from here. A supermarket is 20-minute walk away to facilitate an easy self-catering stay.
