Villa Cora is a charming 3 bedroom property built over 2 floors located in a very quiet area just 3,5 km from the lovely Cala Canyelles beach and 7 kms from the center of Tossa de Mar, one of the hot spots of Costa Brava!
¡Ideal for a relaxing vacation in Costa Brava with family, it includes everything that you need to feel at home!
It can accomodate up to 8 guests in a living area of 180 m2 and 850 m2 plot.
Wonderful outdoor area with private swimming pool and amazing sea views. There is also a large, covered terrace where you can have a poolside breakfast enjoying the nice sea views, barbecue and parking for 1/2 cars.
On the 1st floor there is a living-dining room with a sofa bed for 2 people (120x180cm), a Kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook: cutlery, pots, washing machine, fridge, microwave , toaster and oven, a suite with double bed (160 x 200 cm) and bathroom with bathtub, a bedroom with single bed (90 x 190 cm) and another bathroom with bathtub.
On the lower floor we find a large living room with TV and exit to the terrace, another kitchen, a suite with double bed (150 x 200 cm) and bathroom with bathtub and another bathroom with shower. There is also a folding bed (90 x 190 cm) for 1 person.

Optional Air conditioning with an extra cost: 150 €/week.
We do not allow groups of young people and parties in this unit.

Cala Canyelles is a pretty stretch of the Costa Brava´s coast with 500m of the characteristic coarse white sand beaches of the area. You can also enjoy Mediterranean food, fish and paellas in the restaurant placed on the beach.
Tossa de Mar is a charming walled medieval town with a beautiful castle, great restaurants and some lovely beaches.

Locatie: je kan er niet wandelen. Enige pluspunt is het zwembad.
Te renoveren woning. Veraf gelegen. Zeker niet voor meer dan 5 personen. Eerste 3 dagen geen warm water. Beperkte mogelijkheden om te koken.

Sehr schönes Haus, genau wie in der Beschreibung und auf den Bildern. Allerdings auch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, vor allem von Außen. Etwas besser könnte die Küchenausstattung sein. Das ist aber Kritik auf sehr hohem Niveau.
