Excellent location with Bars & shops within easy walking distance, very friendly and helpful staff on arrival, knowledgeable of the area too. We was given a free room upgrade on arrival. The hotel is very clean our room had a lovely comfortable bed, room was equipped with: a safe, iron & ironing board, microwave coffee machine kettle, plus we had a small fridge, sink hidden away, all looking very nice, will definitely be booking again

It was a nice touch to receive a card hoping I enjoyed the Liverpool match with my sons and to enjoy our stay. It was good to have a desk for my son to work on his Dissertation during our stay. Also, I can't thank you enough for organising my disabled son to have the super king sized bed made downstairs.

Great hotel....staff were so helpful when we arrived early and were able to quickly find us a room. The little kitchenette is such a bonus to have. Room overlooked Seel Street and we stayed over St Patricks Day wekend.....noise insulation was excellent...a really quiet well planned hotel. Will definitely stay again

The hotel had a beautiful design with a mix of modern amenities and cozy touches. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making check-in a smooth and pleasant experience. The location was ideal, with restaurants, shops, and attractions all within walking distance. Loved the shower. I didn’t like the layout of the room and the bed being next to the wall.
