Welcome to the Midtown Pearl. Our beloved Pearl is located within walking distance to The Oyster Bar (hence, her name), and offers style, space and serenity all within the heart of the city. So whether you are here for work, to visit family, a medical visit, or just passing through, you'll love your time here!

We've carefully curated all furnishings to offer you the best of the best, from comfy beds, cotton sheets, games for kids (and adults!), a dedicated work space, and premium coffee options, you'll walk into a space that feels ready to receive you.

Please note that this is an upstairs apartment and it is mandatory to climb one flight of stairs to enter the space. For those traveling with kids and pets, there is a large gate the can be pulled across the stairs to keep them accessing the stairway.

You'll have access to all parts of the apartment with the exception of the locked cleaning cabinet in the kitchen.

We don't live on site but are about ten minutes away and accessible through the Airbnb app should you need us.

The place is awesome. Its a beautiful little apartment in a great location. Becca, the host, was so kind and a great communicator. The issue I had is unfortunate because everything else was awesome. The master bed smelled BAD. The linens and pilliows had a definite odor. Everything appeared to be super clean. I don't know if the mattress needs to be replaced or what but it was bad. I hope they get it figured out because other than the bed, everything was great.

Great place to stay in Little Rock! The property was very clean and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable and the unit was nicely stocked with plenty of towels and essentials to make our stay feel like home. The property owner was very attentive and checked on us after we checked in. We will definitely stay again when we visit Little Rock!

Perfect!

We had an awesome experience with this rental. The communications with host were great! They were very quick to respond with any questions we had. The place was well appointed, had character and was walking distance to a great restaurant. Also easy to get there, and good parking. Hope to stay there again the next time we are heading to Little Rock!

Visiting Little Rock For A Conference

The apartment was beautifully furnished, decorated, and clean. A great place to relax from a long day of conference activities. A very steep set of stairs lead to the entryway to the apartment so this place is not ideal for anyone with mobility issues. The apartment is situated between a great seafood restaurant and a cozy coffee/tea/IPA beer lounge. Walking/biking is optional because of paths.
