I had to wait for staff to quit talking to each other before I could check in. Several buttons on elevators did not work. Bare wires were noted in elevators. Half of my light fixtures did not have lightbulbs and no maintenance staff available to bring any. Baseboards were peeling away from the wall. There were stains inside the commode bowl. My room was next to the elevators and we could hear the elevator go up and down all night since my floor was the only one that had a working ice machine. There was trash in the entry way, in the pool and in the parking garage. The doors from the parking garage were locked at night because of transients, so we had to walk all the way around to the front of the building past transients to go in the front entrance. When I tried to speak to a manager, I was told they would take my number and they would call when they came to work. I STILL have not received a call back three DAYS later. I was given the excuse for the hotel condition that they had just been taken over by a new management company. It appears the new company is no better than the old one!

Pretty sure there was dried blood on the night stand, toilet didnt flush. Needless to say, we didnt touch anything.

Worst experience I’ve ever had in a hotel!! We left and never stayed the night. Dirty used bedding, rotting chicken inside the microwave and a bowl of chicken bones on top of the microwave along with a cup of cigarette butts and this was supposed to be a non smoking room. Dirty used rag hanging in shower with a used bar of soap on the sink. Dirty floors with trash on the floor of the elevators. My husband was harassed outside by many people while he was trying to unload or car asking for money. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Also when we arrived around 9p there was no one to be found at the front desk for us to check in. Police showed up and the man at the front desk finally showed his face. The officer told us to be safe because they would t stay in this hotel. Also they told us to take all our valuables out as well. Will never stay in this hotel ever!!!!!

The hotel is well located but the parking garage is not secured and my license plates were stolen off my car.

It was a nice stay for a quick stopover in Little Rock. The property is in the downtown area so it was a little tight getting in and out. But they provide a parking garage for guests. Room was very clean and spacious.

Franz at the front desk was great and I feel so bad for him having to deal with complaints about the condition of the hotel. It’s horrible. It’s dirty with garbage all around, food remnants and I think vomit in the hallway on one of the floors. It looks like it hasn’t been vacuumed or cleaned in weeks. Even the “renovated” rooms look beat up with stains on the bedding, faded paint and scratches/banged up furniture. I had to check out and find a different hotel. It was shocking especially in this COVID time. The parking garage needs to be attended to also. There’s garbage everywhere and make you nervous leaving your car there.
