Arrived and keys didn’t work to room after we drug luggage to the 4th floor. Go back downstairs key can’t be fixed switches to a dirty room. Because I booked 3rd party NO ACCOMMODATIONS could be made. I was told to just check out to get my money back. Very disappointed

The room was excellent and clean. Parking was not so good. I got there late in the evening and all the parking places were taken. I had to park in the back and trucks were parked sideways and it was not a safe feeling for a single woman. The breakfast was horrible to include cold day old decaf coffee. I will choose another hotel on my return trip back, eventhough the room was great, due to it will be nighttime when i stop and i will want breakfast.
