The loft area is nice to have, giving our grown daughter some privacy. Washing machine is a plus in summer days. Management quickly responded on a couple of tiny issues making us feel at home. The staff ladies were very helpful and eager to help even with language difficulties. Plenty of laggage storage boxes at ground floor, each is big enough for 2 carry on cases plus small bags. We arrived a few hours early, so we used 2 boxes at 2 Euros each. Very convenient.

Easy access from the Metro, walking distance 10-15mins. Great location, not too close to central Lisbon but easy walk. The virtual checkin was easy and property was clean and spacious, internet access, nice kitchen area, comfortable, overall a great place to stay when visiting Lisbon and the surrounding areas

We did not get the apartment reserved online ,it was completely different unit layout. After registration at provided address #28 you would think you just have to climb tiny stairs or use miniature elevator, you are wrong, that is wrong entrance they sent you to wrong address,our unit was not there. It was behind in the tiny street. Communication big ZERO
