Hotel fantôme

Hotel sans réception, il faut aller dans un autre hôtel pour obtenir la chambre. La piscine, le petit dejeuner est aussi ailleurs. Rien n'est précisé lors de la réservation. Par contre la dame a l'accueil etait tres gentille.

Struttura pulita e collocata in una zona silenziosa, vicina al porto ma lontana dagli odori che potrebbero risultare sgradevoli per chi soggiorna a Vulcano. Un piacevole soggiorno con tutte le attrazioni disponibili nei dintorni e raggiungibili con una semplice passeggiata. Ho apprezzato i ragazzi della reception che si sono dimostrati molto cordiali e sorridenti. Unica pecca: una strada davvero molto buia per il rientro serale e servizio navetta non disponibile (almeno non durante il mio soggiorno di sole tre notti a inizio settembre). Nel complesso, per girare le altre isole Eolie, è un buon posto.

Un hotel ideale per trascorrere le vacanze nella splendida isola di Vulcano sia per la vicinanza alla spiaggia sia per l'ampiezza e la comodità della struttura, i cui plus sono inoltre la bontà e genuinità dei prodotti della colazione e l'essere davvero "pet friendly" (cosa non scontata). Una menzione particolare merita l'estrema gentilezza e disponibilità di tutto lo staff che ci hanno fatto sentire coccolati come in famiglia. Arrivederci all'anno prossimo!

Un luogo incantevole di pace, relax, cortesia.

Abbiamo soggiornato 5 notti in questo splendido Hotel, immerso in un bel giardino curato. Da subito ci siamo sentiti come a casa, personale sempre disponibile e attento a soddisfare ogni richiesta. Abbiamo apprezzato il silenzio e la pace che regna, la posizione ottimale per uscire a piedi e raggiungere il centro in pochi minuti. Sia le stanze che le zone comuni sempre bel pulite, buona colazione, servizio navetta per il porto sia all'arrivo che alla partenza. Una nota particolare a Sebastiana, persona squisita, che da subito ci ha coccolato, consigliato. Fantastico soggiorno!

Ottima scelta per visitare le Eolie

Struttura ben tenuta, ottima base per visitare Vulcano. Alla reception la preparatissima e solerte Stefania ci ha aiutate nello sfruttare al meglio i nostri 3 giorni di permanenza. Camera molto ampia con patio e terrazzino, bel giardino con piscina. Ottimo il servizio navetta da/per il porto: anche se la distanza non è molta, è l’ideale per trasportare i bagagli. Unico elemento da migliorare è la colazione: il primo giorno arrivando mezz’ora prima della chiusura, il buffet era completamente sfornito sia di cibo che di stoviglie. Per il resto un’ottima scelta!

Struttura ben localizzata che permette piacevoli e non distanti spostamenti a piedi per arrivare alla zona porto. Personale cortese e disponibile, la camera pulita e funzionale, la colazione assortita, piscina pulita come anche il giardino intorno. Una nota di merito a parte la merita Sebastiana, la receptionist più pratica e smart mai conosciuta, capisce al volo le tue esigenze e le soddisfa con una semplicità e velocità assoluta. Nel complesso ottimo soggiorno, ci torneremo sicuramente, lo consigliamo!

L hôtel a été remplacé en dernière minute par un autre Mari del Sud resort. Resort bruyant le vendredi avec musique jusqu'à 1h du matin. Sur la terrasse, des fourmis piquantes. C'est la première fois de notre vie que nous mettons un avis.A ce titre, nous demandons un dédommagement au moins cinquante euros minimum à titre symbolique.

Hotel davvero carino, con stanze ampie e in stile eoliano, con le classiche ceramiche siciliane e il terrazzino. Molto bella la piscina, ottima la posizione. Avrei dato un punteggio superiore qualora avessimo potuto fruire anche della ristorazione, sembra infatti che lo chef li abbia lasciati e dunque si siano trovati a dover gestire anche le colazioni..spero per loro che riscano a riorganizzarsi anche per la bellissima posizione del ristorante sul porto di ponente. Personale giovane, disponibile e socievole.

Hôtel à l'extérieur magnifique. Très beau jardin bien entretenu. Localisation intéressante. Clim dans les chambres au top. Bon petit-déjeuner. Personnel serviable. Point négatif: très mauvaise insonorisation. Et attention aux moustiques très présents sur l'île et assez voraces.
