Light - flooded 2.5 room apartment with large balcony and lake view in the historic. OG to 80 sqm. The property is equipped for a maximum of 4 persons (1 double bed and 1 high quality sofa bed). Not suitable for children under 3 years. From the ground floor to the 1st floor. A lift is also available on the upper floor. W-lan is provided free of charge.

The bedroom is equipped with a double bed, small secretary and chest of drawers. The triple insulated windows with electrically controlled blinds sleep quietly and relaxed. In addition, a modern ventilation system automatically ensures a pleasant indoor climate. Directly next to it you have a great shower bath with a generous level accessible shower and washing machine with dryer function. Through the hallway you enter the walk-in closet.

All rooms are equipped with high quality parquet or tiles. There is also an eletro grill for a cozy barbecue evening on the balcony. In the surrounding area you will find the supermarket, bakers, butchers and restaurants, everything you need. The historic churches and the old market square are not far (Wednesday and Saturday is market).

For the public parking lots P3 and P5 we can provide you with a parking permit card for 2,80 Euro per day (instead of 7 Euro at the parking machine). Please specify when booking. Pets are not allowed. Final cleaning, bed linen and 1 set of towels per person are included. The tourist tax is calculated separately and paid to the community.


With us you can arrive and depart 7 days a week. Due to the existing key safe even a late arrival is easily possible.
