The condo is beautiful; the beds are very comfortable, and the kitchen has all of the items need to be able to make dinners each night for your group. This is the second year that we have stayed and each year the family can't wait to come back.

Beautiful, cozy, riverside condo on ground floor. Plenty of parking, mints on pillows on arrival. Plentiful and well stocked kitchen, even tho we only needed to use a few glasses for our short stay. Beautiful log cabin decor. All instructions for water etc were easy to follow. Evolve sent the wrong WIFI information but I was able to reach the owner quickly who called me immediately and gave me the correct information. Would 100% recommend and would certainly stay again.

Great Vacation Stay

We had an amazing stay. Our host was very helpful in regards to opening up the Condo. Had one question and texted owner, and owner texted back immediately. The Condo was comfortable, clean, and it was conveniently located close to the sights we wanted to see. The Condo was more than big enough for the six of us who stayed there. Would highly recommend this property to all, and would love to stay there again next time we visit beautiful New Hampshire.

Very clean property and very comfortable. Great communication with owner. It was odd to have to make our own beds--never seen that in a rental before. The deck, which we didn't use, was a bit cluttered and there were a lot of cobwebs on it.

Great condo in a great location

As a group of five adults and a one-year-old, finding suitable accommodation can be challenging. However, this ground-level condo turned out to be a great find, providing us with a fantastic vacation experience. The covered porch, with a secure gate, provided a safe area for our little one to explore while we appreciated the view and the sound of the flowing river. The condo's location next to the pool was incredibly convenient. Inside the condo, we were pleased to find a spacious interior. There was ample seating and room for everyone to spread out comfortably while the open layout made it easy to socialize while cooking. The condo is in close proximity to many of the area’s attractions and the owners were quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend.

Amazing time!

The whole condo was extremely spacious and roomed all 7 of our guests perfectly. We loved the open floor plan so we could cook, in the fully loaded kitchen, while talking with the rest of the family. towels were provided so it was great to relax by the river or a dip in the pool without that worry. The back deck was cute with darts, a grill and a high top table with chairs. The only issue we had was the grill was not cleaned so we were unable to cook on it. It looked like it had seen better days. We just cooked inside so it didn’t affect our stay. Overall, this is a great place to relax but also close enough to everything to explore shops and be a part of town.
