Riverfront

Loved the condo, Riverfront is a great location! Listening to the River, walking/snow shoeing the path along to River to the mountain, and1mile away from Skiing at Loon. Would definitely stay again.

The property is exactly as the pictures show. Although there was no shuttle service, it is just a one mile drive to the mountain. And easy parking! The house was clean , just a few things that I communicated to Chuck which were addressed right away. He is a very responsive host and we will be looking to go back to Loon again!

Calming Comfort in a Condo!

The exterior of the building was not overly impressive, but the condo was! It was immaculate and extremely roomy for my wife and I. The renovations done several years ago to the home cause it to be a standout rental—especially if you see pictures of what it looked like pre-reno. The home interior pictures did not lie and the outside deck overlooking the rushing river was wonderful. The sounds of the river were comforting. The property is perfectly located if you wish to visit the White Mountains and can easily accommodate 4-5 adults. It sits in from of the Loon Mountain Resort which makes skiing right around the corner. Can’t see a time of the year that this home wouldn’t be perfect for a couple or two. If there was a detractor, it would be how small the Price Chopper (and how high the prices were) was that is just down the street, but there is a Shaws in town and Plymouth has lots of shopping 20 minutes south on I-93. Regardless, we’d gladly rent the home again.

Best of Fall!

This property was perfect for our short stay in the White Mountains. It is beautifully decorated and super comfortable. Location is great, just minutes to restaurants and shops. We loved having our morning coffee on the terrace overlooking the Swift River, we even had a bald eagle swoop by. So fun!

Great location!

Great location with the Kancamagus Highway right outside your door! We took many day trips exploring the trails right off the highway. The condo has wonderful views of the river and you can watch the sunrise from the bedroom window! Very nice condo, would recommend and would love to stay again on our return to NH in the future! The White Mountains are a spectacular sight to see!

Riverfront beauty!

High-end finishes in this comfortable condo. Beautiful spot. Easy-peasy in & out to Lincoln's downtown with a variety of yummy dining spots and shops. Close to 93 so quick trips to Littleton and the Flume Gorge. Lovely Pemigewasset River flows just outside condo. Can hear river easily from condo. Nice. Like being at the ocean. Swimming at Lady's Bath (short walk from condo) was delightful. Definitely can recommend this comfortable location!

Loved it!

My family and I stay for 4th of July week! The condo is exactly as described. Beautifully decorated, well equipped kitchen and quite views overlooking the river. We loved it! The owners we very responsive and easy to communicate with. We highly recommend it and hope to some day go back.

2nd annual family trip

This was our second trip for my birthday with my fiancee and my parents. This place in unreal. Truly peaceful setting with the sounds of the Pemi River flowing a few floors down. Quick drive to some great apres ski locations or it is also the start of the Kancamagus highway to drive toward North Conway for the day. We already cannot wait for next year or for future visits in the near future.

Wonderful condo! Exceeded my expectations. Enjoyed my coffee in the super cozy window seat overlooking the river in the morning. Amazing view. Close to everything ! Plenty of space for 6 people ( we had 3). Really enjoyed my time here. Will be back. Highly recommend.

Condo was as advertised and the some, newly renovated, in-between mountain and downtown, so very convenient. Top floor, end unit, quiet, except for the rumbling brook in the back. Heated bathroom floors were a nice addition, would defiantly recommend and return.

This was the perfect place for a vacation. This property is expertly maintained with every possible item one could need. The real superstar is the river at your fingertips. The condo is nice, clean, and roomy for 6 people. It's on the third floor with a unobstructed beautiful view of the mountain and the river down below. The kitchen has everything you need for a home cooked meal. We really loved our stay.
