Great Large Room/Space

This hotel has a great outdoor space for families with an outdoor pool and covered large Gazebo area. It worked great for our large family gathering with various ages and needs. They also offer free ice cream cones and slushees all hours of the day, which everyone enjoyed! The rooms are mini suites with kitchens and living rooms!

I love Annabell Gardens. It's comfortable, quiet, clean and it feels like a home instead of a hotel. The grounds are beautiful and the breakfasts are incredible. My favorite in Lincoln.

The beds were soooo comfortable; the sheets were a good quality, they didn't seem like hotel sheets. Breakfast had many great options. The staff kept everything full. The soft serve ice cream was fun in the evening.

Washing machine next door

The only problem we had, is the people next door were running their washing machine and it vibrated the upstairs bathroom walls really bad and was very loud. I told the front desk about, she said that they would compensate us somehow; never heard back
