This is an old hotel in a very prominent location in Limassol. However it desperately needs to be renovated, especially considering the price they charge for a room! The rooms are outdated, showers pretty much unusable, the mattress very hard and uncomfortable. Service by staff is generally poor, not only because some of them are rude and unprofessional, but mostly because they are insufficiently trained and lack working systems. Room service was practically unusable because nobody would answer the phone, and housekeeping was extremely slow and inefficient. It is all a pity because the hotel once used to be a good hotel where people would like to stay, but not any more. Honestly, if I hadn't prepaid for the whole 1 week stay, I would have taken my family and left the second day of my stay.

Fairly disappointing for the price. Room wasnt ready on time, although we were allowed to use the facilities in the interim. All dining options were very overpriced compared to other areas in Cyprus. Despite being a beach hotel, you had to pay extra for loungers on the beach. Beds quite uncomfortable (very soft mattress and hard pillows) and curtains did not fully close therefore we all woke up very early.

The receptionists were really unhelpful and stubborn, we had a short vacation and we had a problem with the booking that they noticed second day so the app support couldn’t help us and each time we go to them to fix it they ask as to come later and we couldn’t enjoy the stay. The breakfast and beach were good but since we had to pay for beds anyway we tried other beaches like Columbia which had much better beds and service. The room is good but you only get on hard bellow each. The location is on the beach but very far from the city and attractions and will need taxi or bus to get anywhere Next time if i go to limassol would take a hotel close to Columbia where i can walk to most things and the beaches have much more attractions on the beach
