I booked this property for my first time visit to Lille for Christmas and it turned out a disaster. Frankly, this has been one of the worst experiences we have ever had at a property, and it completely ruined what was supposed to be a special Christmas break. From the moment we arrived, everything went wrong. Let me outline the issues clearly: - Misleading Room Representation: The rooms offered are nothing like the ones offered on Expedia (I've attached pictures of what we were given and what you have listed on Expedia). This clearly is false advertising and the condition of the room was well below expectations. To the point we had to change rooms 4 times until we were given an acceptable room. - Unhygienic Conditions: The toilets in the first three rooms were filthy beyond belief. I would not even feel comfortable using them. Again, photos attached for your reference. - Parking Disaster: Parking is also advertised on Expedia and even though we messaged your team via Expedia saying we needed parking when your automatic email was sent after a booking is made and had no reply. When we turned up at your property, we were just told it was full, meaning the only option is to pay 30 euros a day parking in the mall next door. This means the total cost of our stay will be around 90 euros. The price of parking is way way way more expensive than your room. We spoke to your reception about this, they just said we should have told them. Hot water issue as well!!!

Location was/is excellent, right on top of the biggest shopping mall I've ever seen in my life and a short walk from the older parts of the City, which are lovely. Apartment was basic, it's not plush but it was clean and spacious, perfect for a short stay.

The apartment is comfortable and clean. We didn't do any cooking, but I think the facilities were adequate for simple meals, and fine for light breakfasts. The location is very good, close to both stations and walking distance to Vieux Lille.

Great location, zero service.

Convenient mini apartments that would be incredible IF they cared enough to hire proper cleaners and replaced worn out, damaged items. Bedding was stained, dishes were dirty and they charge you a cleaning fee if you don't take out your own garbage. Don't even think they will clean your room for you during your stay, as that is an added fee as well. They did switch my room without complaint after I showed them the bugs I found. They also refuse to answer their messages, emails or the telephone. I am STILL trying to get in contact with management.

I really like Sejours & Affaires, great reception. My room was very comfortable, very nice linens and towels. Nice selection of tea and coffee and a useful note pad and pen. The kitchen area is very good, with a coffee machine, microwave and double hob. Good supply of pans, crockery and utensils. I made soup very easily. Carrefour is just steps away inside EuroLille shopping centre. Lots of places to eat in the area, and very close to Lille Flandres train station ( 2 minute walk ) and 4 minute walk to Lille Europe train station. I have stayed here many times and will continue to return. Excellent value for money.
