Stay in a detached stone house located near the village of Licq-Athérey, 6km from Tardets. The ONDARIA cottage is situated beside a small stream in a large private garden. The cottage is arranged over two levels and comprises: On the ground floor: - a fully equipped kitchen (gas hob, small refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave) - a living room with a sitting area (fireplace insert, TV) - a shower room - a toilet - a garage with a fridge-freezer and washing machine Upstairs: - 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm) - 1 small bedroom with a double bed (140cm) - 1 bedroom with two single beds (110x185cm) Beds are made up for your arrival. TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED. Reversible heating and air conditioning are available at an additional cost (meter reading). Firewood is included. Wi-Fi internet access is available. Outside, you'll find a spacious covered terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue, offering a beautiful view of the village. For cycling enthusiasts, a basic maintenance kit is available in the cottage's enclosed garage. Pets are welcome. Ideally located in the heart of the Soule region, the ONDARIA cottage is the perfect starting point for exploring the province, escaping to its many hiking trails, fishing in the streams near the cottage, or tackling legendary mountain passes by bike. Just a few hundred meters from the cottage, you'll find a tennis court, a pelota court, and a children's playground.
