Great time with family

We stayed as a family ranging in age from 19-80. We enjoy the house very much. The kitchen was amazing. Plenty of your room to spread out. Convenient store across the street to grab a snack if you forgot something. We used it several times. The host was extremely attentive and even retexted check in instructions and checkout instructions on the day which was extremely helpful that I didn’t have to go back through messages to find them. Highly recommend

Wow!!!!

This place was amazing!! We booked it for a family gathering. It was a beautiful house that was very well stocked with everything you possibly could need or want. The photos depict the property perfectly! The property owner was easy to communicate with. I can't think of a single negative.

Great house for a big group

We had a wonderful time at this property. We had a group of 12 adults and teens. Lots of space with so many bedrooms and bathrooms - everyone had a comfortable place to sleep and no waiting to get into a bathroom. Two comfortable seating areas and dining areas meant lots of space to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked so we could do a lot of cooking for the holidays. The host was very helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves in Lexington!

Bourbon trail weekend

We stayed as a group of 11 friends in town for a Bourbon Trail weekend trip. This location is a great base of operation for the Lexington area distilleries. The house is very nice, very clean and the host was clear with communication. Everything worked out extremely well, this is definitely one of the best VRBO’s. I’ve stayed in.

Perfect for a big family

We enjoyed our stay in Lexington immensely. The home was immaculately clean and exactly as described in the listing — perfect for our multigenerational family vacation. The back porch was a favorite! We visited during a very hot week, and the home stayed cool throughout. We especially appreciated that the property has plenty of parking and we also enjoyed walking around the beautiful surrounding neighborhood.

Amazing home for family bourbon trail getaway

This beautiful spacious home suited our group of 10 adults perfectly, each couple with our own private bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked and there was so much space for gathering in either the kitchen, dining room, or comfy deck, or lower level, which we did not even need to use. The ceiling fan on the deck was perfect to keep the heat at bay. We enjoyed walks in the adjacent gorgeous neighborhood and the location was perfect as it was close to the downtown as well as other area attractions. Communication with the host was excellent along with the very detailed app included when booking the home. We were very impressed with details and suggestions. Tiny suggestions would be additional hair dryers, ceiling fans in the upstairs bedrooms, and perhaps moving the kitchen table a little further away from the window to avoid closeness to the blinds. This is the best VRBO property we have ever stayed in and we would not hesitate to recommend or book again!

Girls Trip to Lexington

The home is wonderful - very spacious with room for so many. We had 10 ladies and we could all spread out and open suitcases and lay out toiletries, etc. The back deck was a great gathering place for coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. We did miss having a hairdryer in each bathroom as only one of us brought one from home so there was a lot of sharing on that item. But overall a wonderful stay - Seth and Jason were very responsive and also passed along great suggestions for restaurants and activities throughout the trip! Thanks for making our trip so memorable!

Great property for a large group!

Seth's property was perfect for our group of 11 Adults visiting to go to Keeneland. The property was clearly built explicitly for hosting large groups (the number of bedrooms and baths was perfect) and well furnished (clothes irons, garment steamer, all utensils and kitchen dishes were available - even in labeled cabinets to keep things easy!). The only issue we had was that the gas fireplaces didn't appear to be hooked up yet, (or at least we couldn't figure them out). Overall our group loved the space - it was perfect for our trip and we wouldn't hesitate to use it again. Thanks again!

A Warm Kentucky Hug

Our stay was nothing short of phenomenal. From the moment we walked in, we were struck by the impeccable cleanliness and the sleek, modern decor that adorned every corner of the space. The attention to detail in the design made it feel both luxurious and inviting. Every room was well-appointed with comfortable furnishings, and I found myself completely at ease as I lounged in the spacious living areas or relaxed in the tranquil bedrooms. It truly felt like a home away from home, with every amenity thoughtfully provided for. One of the standout features of my experience was the responsiveness of the owner. Any questions I had were addressed promptly, making me feel well taken care of throughout my stay. Great Extended Family Thanksgiving

No VRBO is perfect, but this one comes pretty close. We had (7) families (14 adults, 6 children) from three states drive to Kentucky to gather for six days of fun & games & Thanksgiving celebration. This home is very well appointed and really is exactly as it appears in the photos. The outside TV on deck was not working for our stay and that was a disappointment, but due to cooler weather, it may not have gotten much use anyway. We did have a kitchen sink leak but made a call to owner and it was promptly dealt with. We were a little apprehensive about the neighborhood, not being from the area and previewing on Google maps, but it turned out to be an excellent location and we enjoyed the convenience and friendliness of the little mom-and-pop corner store right across the street. Also, a school playground just one-block away.

Outstanding Home and Host

We had a group of 12 that visited for the Bourbon Trail and a football game. The home is located in a nice historic neighborhood. A small family owned "old corner store" is located across the street which was very handy for staple items we needed. Everything is a short drive (grocery, food, bars, etc). The home had plenty of room for the 12 of us and we never felt crowded. Everything you need is at the home to cook anything you want (plenty of plates, utensils, pots and pans). Seems to be a very safe neighborhood as 5 or 6 of us went for morning walks everyday. Seth, the host, was very responsive and provided any/all information that made our stay very enjoyable. I highly recommend this home for anyone visiting Lexington.

Family vacation

Four generations of our family stayed here for vacation. 17 of us total with ages ranging from 1 to 80+. The layout of the house worked well. There were plenty of dishes, silverware and kitchen items to prepare our meals. We had excellent communication from the host when we had questions. We loved our stay!

Fantastic New Home in a great Location!!!

Wonderful House

This house is wonderful for a big group. Beds and comfortable, bathrooms are beautiful, kitchen is well supplied with plenty of dishes, pans, etc. Outside deck and hot tub are very enjoyable. Owner is very responsive. We checked in and we couldn’t figure out the outside TV. We called and owner answered and walked us thru it. Our group would stay here again.

Great for a group!

Really enjoyed the clean, modern decor and open floor plan design. Lots of places for adults, young adults and grandkids to socialize or get away from the group. Outdoor seating. gas fireplace and hot tub were also great. Having the 4 bunk beds and bath all in one downstairs room with a TV and lounge area outside was perfect for the younger set. Also a downstairs room and bath for the young adults in the group. Quiet neighborhood and parking was not a problem for the group. Kitchen well-equipped with modern appliances.

Great Large House in Lexington

This is a great house for a large group. Lots of bedrooms and great spaces to hang out together. Kitchen is well stocked to handle a large group. Hot tub was very relaxing at the end of the day.
