The whole main house except the maintenance and electronic room in the basement. ( Special request only send for the guesthouse) additional fee applies.
Other things to note
-The Wedding/Event venue can only be permitted only with prior written permission of the host.
Parties of 15 or more constitute an event and are subject to an Event Fee. No live music or DJ is allowed without prior written permission from the owner. NO smoking of any substance is permitted inside the home. Do not move the furniture. If you need anything moved for submit your requests and we will take care of it. Do not attach anything to the walls.If you have kids, make sure they don't touch the walls with dirty hand or write on them.
Any damage to the walls, broken bunk beds, or beds will be subject to extra fees. If you have pets, be sure to clean their feet. Pick up after your pet. ( make sure to check the daily pet fee ). Leaving visible stains on the light carpets or not picking up after your Pet will incur an additional fee of minimum $100. Pool Rules:For the safety of all guests jumping or diving into the pool is strictly prohibited.The hot-tub must be completely covered when not in use to maintain temperature and cleanliness.
Access information will be sent to you via text message or email a day before your arrival. The property is gated, and cameras are in place around the property for your security. Please read house rules before booking! Important : If you have pets or extra guests not submitted, we have outdoor cameras monitoring the property. Please note that any misrepresentation may lead to the cancellation of your booking and require you to vacate the property. Compliance with Kentucky regulations is important to us. Thank you!
