I love the fact that it was a older property, but would like to have the bar and restaurant open., Next time I visit.

Our room was old and in somewhat disrepair. We had no curtains to block out morning light. Bed was mounted on 2 x 6 wood pedestal. Outlet in bathroom didn’t work properly. Bathroom faucet was loose.

The property is in a great location. Unfortunately it needs to be renovated. They do the best they can with a limited staff due to Covid-19. This place could be real gem if it was updated.

First walking up,kinda scared. Place looks dated & somewhat scraggly. Walking in got better. You can see it's an older building by it's design. But it was very clean & well cared for. The staff were SUPER friendly. Very likeable, happy & helpful. Liked the location. It was a 5 min. drive or a 1 mile ish walk to many locations. Parking was my only concern. Had to park across the street in a parking garage. One, it was a short walk after parking. Not bad but could be difficult for people with mobility issues. Second, it wasn't a secured garage. It was a public one. Didn't have any problem but I'm not a fan of this type of parking.

The girl who checked me in was friendly and just all around pleasant. What I didn't like is that parking across the street on a rainy evening wasn't to appealing. I paid for a hotel that was suppose to offer a swimming pool, complimentary breakfast, restaurant and bar. Regardless of the pandemic these amenities should not of been offered when I reserved my room. I could of spent half as much money at a different hotel that offered the same thing! I also called the front desk to get towels, wash clothes, paper plates, tea and honey. It was never brought to our room. The maintenance man supposedly too it to the wrong floor so 2 hours later I needed to go down to the lobby and get what I needed! On a side note you might want to think about updating the hotel the rooms seem a little dated. Carpet is a thing of the past!

The view was spectacular. The room was wonderful .The parking was a little scary at night and the hotel does have a sign not responsible for theft but someone stole 1 windshield wiper. Couldn't believe it. This is our 3rd stay and it's always been wonerful. I wish they could have secured cameras or a guard 24/7. Other than that we loved it.
