Great host
Very nice place. Unfortunately for us the temperature dropped significantly , down to 25 degrees, so was too cold to stay our second day and night. The host worked with us and was given a partial refund. If you love privacy, you'll live it.

We enjoyed our time here. The city was serene and welcoming. I’m a black woman and I often search the demographics of places and found this city was 80 percent white. That being said , I felt completely welcomed and had so many great convos with compete strangers around the city. I sensed Gods presence in the city and I plan to encourage many others to visit this serene town! Thank you to the Gunders who have made the place soooo very accommodating. The tent gets hottttttttt during the day so pick cooler months or go into the forest during the day!

Not what i expected.
The tipi itself was nice but the creek was dry and green water not running at all. I know there hasnt been much rain but the weeds were tall and couldn't get in the water. The pool was up by the owners home and their family was in it. We did not feel comfortable swimming . The other tipi was closer than i thought also. We could see them outside and they could us. There was a train track close by also which kept my boyfriend awake blowing its horn every half hour at night. We tried to find a radio in town with no success. We could not get a signal on our phone to use the wifi for music. I know something you can't fix but it wasnt what we hoped for. We hoped to have privacy and quiet. Swim in a creek or canoe. I think we will check things out better on the next property before we stay.
