Cesareo. This villa is a refined solution for holidays in Puglia, South Italy. It`s ideal for a couple but it can accommodate up to 3 guests. Pets are not allowed.

The design villa with swimming pool
Villa Giulia Luxury Suite is a recently-built property.
It combines the contemporary style with the warm wood and the stones
which make it a design gem. In the fenced garden with parking space,
framed by the green lawn, there is the beautiful swimming pool with solarium. Moreover, there is a porch with outdoor lounge, barbecue and view on the swimming pool, where you can relax.
Villa Giulia Luxury Suite is elegant, furnished in a modern style. It consists of a large living room
with view on the garden. The comfortable sofa by the fireplace is the
third bed accommodation. This room is air conditioned. The kitchen with equipped wall and isle is
spacious and adjacent to the dining area with television and glass
walls, with view on the swimming pool. Moreover, there is a bathroom
with shower and two sinks. The wooden staircase takes to the mezzanine floor with the modern double bedroom.

Villa Giulia Luxury Suite is a beautiful solution for romantic and luxury getaways in Salento, in Leverano,
known for its oil, wine and flower tradition. The old town centre is
one kilometer away from the villa. The closest beaches, such as Porto Cesareo and Torre Lapillo, are 11 kilometers away.
 

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.
- Pool available from June to September .
- Bed linen/towels not provided: mandatory price is euro 15 per person per week.

- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
