This was the worst experience we have had at a hotel. The noise was unbearable, kids running up and down the halls, banging on the walls, yelling at each other down the halls, slamming doors until11:30 pm! I know it’s hockey season, but if you block rooms for hockey, soccer or any team book an entire section for those guests. Don’t chuck single people into the same room block! To top it off, we complained about it! Twice!! Ensured by the front desk they were getting the parents on board to put the kids to bed - nobody had control of those kids. We wanted to speak to a manager the following morning, to discuss the issue and possible discount only to find out that they had no manager, or supervisor! No one is incharge? We have stayed at this hotel everytime we’ve come to Lethbridge and we will never stay there again. It’s the responsibility of the hotel to ensure their guests have a relaxing experience. Never again.

Breakfast sausages were surprisingly tasty, not the rubbery greasy type often in hotel breakfast offerings. Room temperature was easy to adjust and responded quickly when we turned it down at night and up in the morning. The large breakfast area is large so doubles as a good meeting area for groups at all times of the day.
