La messagerie Abritel fonctionne mal. Nous n'avons reçu aucun des messages de l'hôte nous donnant la procédure d'arrivée. Nous avons du nous battre deux heures auprès de votre service client pour obtenir son numéro afin d'avoir ENFIN les informations. Alors que nous avions payé, votre service client nous a forcé a lui envoyer la preuve de ce paiement alors que cela n'était pas le problème depuis le début...Ensuite, à notre arrivée, il n'y avait pas de draps ! Et deux minuscules serviettes de toilette pour 3 personnes ! Le lendemain, après m'être plainte auprès de l'hôte, nous avons eu les lits faits et des serviettes apportées. L'ensemble du logement présentait des problèmes: chasse d'eau à moitié cassée, cuvette des toilettes non nettoyée, pas assez de papier toilette, PAS DE LUMIERE dans les toilettes. La table à manger était sale à notre arrivée. Le samedi soir, il y a eu une panne de chaudière! Nous avons du attendre deux heures avant de prendre une douche chaude après une journée de ski...D'autre part, il n'y avait aucun article ménager: pas d'éponge, pas de liquide vaisselle, aucun torchon.... Quand on part en week-end, on ne va pas se trimballer avec son liquide vaisselle et ses éponges...Des plinthes étaient cassées, un carreau dans la salle de bain, et la porte de la salle de bain ne se ferme pas. Cela fait beaucoup... et ne correspond pas à ce que l'on attend d'un logement dans la meilleure station du monde!
