Situated on the ground floor, it comprises a lovely 70 m² living area, a fitted open-plan kitchen, five beautiful bedrooms and three shower rooms. The house is ideally situated in Les Belleville, in a very pleasant setting. In Saint Martin de Belleville, you’ll find all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market…

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the village car parks; the nearest is La Chapelle, just 20 metres away.
To go skiing, you’ll need to drive; there’s a large free car park right opposite the ski lifts in Saint Martin de Belleville (about 6 km from the chalet via a road that’s easily accessible even in winter)
