VILLA AU CALME

accueil très sympathique de Marie et de son compagnon, pourtant nous avions 3h de retard. un repas nous attendait et nous avons beaucoup apprécié. la villa est confortable ; à signaler juste une arrivée d'eau chaude assez faible ( un filet). bonne situation par rapport à la plage mais quand même une côte assez raide .l environnement est très bien fleuri , terrasse vue sur mer . tout était conforme à la description. nous avons passé un excellent séjour. voiture nécessaire.

Villa très bien située, avec une terrasse magnifique, au calme, proche de la plage dans un village de pêcheurs. Marie-Louise et son conjoint nous ont réservé un accueil chaleureux accompagnés de nombreux conseils très utiles. Bref, un séjour inoubliable dans cette belle villa que nous recommandons aux voyageurs qui souhaitent découvrir l'île aux fleurs. Monique, Lulu, Michel et Jacky.

Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances mais un peu déçu de l’accueil par la propriétaire qui est autoritaire beaucoup de contraintes sur la vie au quotidien de la maison et il manqué du matériel indiqué sur le descristif de l’annonce maison très sombre sinon bon emplacement

Super séjour avec la plage au pied de la maison et une vue magnifique depuis le balcon. Pas toujours facile de trouver une maison assez grande pour 6 personnes et celle ci était parfaite ! Marie Louise a été une hôte formidable, toujours disponible et pleine d'attention pour nous.

Villa bien située près de la plage avec de grands espaces et une belle terrasse.

Nous avons apprécié vivre deux mois dans ce lieu atypique . Grand volumes , belle terrasse ,petits oiseaux le matin dans le jardin. Le lieu est un peu à l'écart comme nous le recherchons .la propriétaire est attentive . La plage est toute proche . Katastrophe!

Die Verständigung war von Anfang an sehr schlecht. Emails wurden nicht beantwortet, Unterlagen nicht zugeschickt und eine mündliche Kommunikation war ausgeschlossen. Gleich zu Beginn verlangte die Gastgeberin die bereits bezahlte und ohnehin schon hohe Kaution noch einmal und bestand darauf, anstatt der vereinbarten Reinigungsgebühr das Doppelte zu nehmen. Das Haus war nur oberflächlich sauber, in den Ecken war Schmutz und das Geschirr klebte. Wir waren entsetzt, als wir das Haus betraten, da die Wirklichkeit nicht den Fotos entsprach: Alle Möbel waren mit Laken oder Plastikdecken abgedeckt, um Schäden zu verbergen und die Möbel zu schonen. Die Möbel waren geschmacklos, billig und teilweise aus Plastik. Nahezu alle Fenster und Türen klemmten und ließen sich schlecht schließen. Einige Schränke waren mit Tesafilm notdürftig zusammengeklebt. Das WLAN funktionierte nicht. Die Küche war dermaßen schlecht ausgestatte, dass wir Besteck dazu kaufen mussten und nicht richtig Kaffee trinken konnten. Die Nächte waren sehr unruhig, da fast ununterbrochen die Hunde bellten und die Bewohner der Wohnung unter uns sehr laut waren. Am Schlimmsten war jedoch die unfreundliche Art der Gastgeberin. Immer wieder tauchte sie unangemeldet auf und kontrollierte, ob wir ihr Haus nach ihrem Sinne sauber hielten. Nach einer Woche (wir waren 2 dort) verlangte sie, dass wir ihr noch einmal eine Reinigungsgebühr zahlen sollten oder das Haus selber sauber machen sollten. Mehrmals gab es unerfreuliche Diskussionen, die uns mehr und mehr den Urlaub vergällten. obwohl wir sehr pfleglich und reinlich mit dem Haus umgingen, versuchte sie uns vorzuschreiben, wie wir uns in ihrem Haus zu bewegen hätten und verhielt sich dabei sehr aggressiv und unangemessen. Bei der Übergabe gab es Streit um die Auszahlung der Kaution. So etwas haben wir vorher noch nicht erlebt. Einen Stern gibt es für die fantastische Aussicht und für den wundervollen Strand direkt unter dem Haus.

Bon accueil avec un dîner prepare par la propriétaire Maison bien équipée avec impression d'espace Belle terrasse avec vue sur la mer Baguette livrée chaque matin par le Boulanger Lucien. Voiture indispensable car accès en pente.Ne pas louer sa voiture chez Jumbo Car , car il y a un supplément pour passage de l'aspirateur à payer ( 25 €) au moment de la restitution du véhicule et ça peut aller jusqu'à 100 €

Très belle villa

Maison et environnement totalement conformes aux photos. Seule une chambre est climatisée (avec supplément, dommage). Idéal pour deux couples, les chambres et salles de bain étant nettement séparées. Accueil chaleureux de Mme Marie-Louise qui nous attendait avec le diner malgré 5 heures de retard (grève avion). La plage est à 5' à pieds. Le boulanger s'arrête devant la porte tous les matins ! Nous recommandons vivement cette location.
