This newly remodeled-adorable "Hidden Gem" one bedroom private unit is located in the beautiful city of Lemon Grove. Your private living space is adjacent to the main structure, which has a inviting and comfortable living room area, with a futon couch, 42” TV with surround soundbar which includes free streaming channel. The master bedroom area features a "Comfy" queen sized bed. There is also a closet with plenty of space for storage and a Functional kitchen space and a uniquely designed rest-room. There is also a patio area where you can relax or dine outside. Guest are also close to Starbucks, In and Out Burger, the 94 Freeway, and is about 10-15 min. from Downtown San Diego. All of the major attractions here in San Diego (The Zoo, local beaches, Sea World) are approximately a 25 min. drive. There will be a charge for $50 dollars per guest/per night after 2 guest.

Great place to stay. I felt 100% comfortable staying there by myself. Looks just like the pictures. It is off a busy street but it did not keep me up at night.
