The neighborhood offers every kind of service and commercial activity within walking distance. The use of the car becomes completely superfluous. However, the circulation is easy and free and there is no buzz and excitement in the historic center, especially during peak periods.
The bus stop is 25 meters away. The railway station a few hundred meters. Shopping begins just outside the door. Pastry shops, ice cream parlors and restaurants are everywhere. The owners of the accommodation will be generous with advice about it. Access to the historic center requires a five-minute walk.
Total mutual independence between guest and host is the normal rule of interaction. However, integration is very welcome and easily obtainable for any kind of support.
There is no rule, except that of courtesy and willingness to understand any transitory difficulties.
Smoking is allowed only in the wide open spaces such as balcony or terrace.
