The staff was very polite, professional and helpful. The hotel was really outdated. Had to go to the 4th floor for ice and the whole floor smelled vile. Basically like straight feces. I’m glad i was not on that floor because i would have definitely asked to move. Breakfast was delicious but it was freezing in the restaurant area because the heat was broken. So i think if the building got proper updates it would have been a 5 star hotel. It was close to Mohegan and provided a shuttle which was extremely convenient. The shuttle driver was also polite and professional.

The location is excellent, close to the casino, and the hotel offers a shuttle to Mohegan Sun, which is very convenient. What truly exceeded my expectations, however, was the service. The two young men at the front desk and the two ladies (unfortunately I can’t remember their names) working the bar and breakfast area were all exceptionally kind and welcoming.

Room is very dated and mattress was like sleeping on cardboard boxes. The morning of our departure we visited the restaurant area to grab coffee from the coffee station. Employee standing there... after I got a cup, placed my sugar in and prepared to pump coffee into it says. "there's no coffee" ... no mention of this before I get the cup ready, no indication that it's being refilled. just "there's no coffee", turns around and walks into the dining room. ZERO effort.
