Maison super bien située pour nos besoins. Nous avons séjourné du 12 au 16 février pour l Enduropale. Un petit bémol, pas de lave linge et une négligence des poussières sous le canapé et toiles d araignées dans les toilettes . Sinon tout était ok

Je n'aime pas mettre de "mauvaises" notes mais l'explication est importante : Cette maison a un potentiel incroyable, elle est meublée avec goût, spacieuse dans une ville très agréable. Elle a un petit jardin et malgré ma rue très très passante sur laquelle elle est située, on n'entend pas le bruit des voitures car elle est extrêmement bien isolée. L'emplacement est bien pour découvrir le Touquet (mais attention en sortant du jardin en voiture car il y a énormément de circulation de voitures et vélo ce qui rend la sortie un peu délicate). Les 2 gros points négatifs qui font que je ne mets pas 4 ou 5 étoiles sont la propreté (250 euros de ménage obligatoire pour arriver dans une maison extremement sale où nous avons du acheter des produits pour faire le ménage nous même en arrivant. Non remboursés) et le fait que cela soit géré par une agence qui est injoignable : en arrivant, nous nous trouvons devant un portail fermé par du fil de fer, sans indication. Impossible de joindre Novasol. Il faut se débrouiller tout seul. Ils n'ont rien fait non plus par rapport au ménage catastrophique. La propriétaire tente de faire ce qu'elle peut, elle est très gentille mais ils ne l'aident pas du tout. L'intérieur pourrait être mieux équipé (pas de lave linge, lave vaisselle très moyen, peu de possibilités pour cuisiner). Vous l'aurez compris, mon avis serait bien meilleur si le ménage avait été fait et que la communication avait été possible avec Novasol.
